Intelligent Capital is a fee based practice and we pride ourselves in providing total transparency across all of the transactions we undertake on behalf of our clients. To ensure that best practice is adhered to in all areas of our business, all costs are discussed and agreed with clients, prior to any work being undertaken.

Many of the investments we make for clients are at institutional prices which are lower than the normal retail prices, allowing a significant saving to be passed on to our clients.
